We are pleased to announce that our newly designed PPSU Pull-on fittings have successfully passed the rigorous testings conducted by our customers, with their performance and quality highly recognized!

The testings covered pull-out testing, hydrostatic testing, water hammer testing, thermal cycle testing, and MEK testing, comprehensively verifying the product's reliability. The main body of the product is made of safe, environmentally friendly, and high-performance PPSU plastic, which boasts excellent temperature resistance and stability. As an optimal alternative to metals and rigid polymers, it can be used to manufacture high-quality technical products and high-load products. The PVDF plastic selected for the Pull-on sleeves also has significant advantages: it exhibits excellent elasticity, enabling the product to firmly grip the pipe; it is lightweight, facilitating easy installation and transportation; it has low thermal conductivity, which can effectively reduce heat transfer; it possesses high chemical resistance, capable of withstanding corrosion from various chemical substances; and it has good heat resistance, allowing stable use within the temperature range of -40℃ to +150℃.

Notably, the design of the connection between the product's pipe core part and the PVDF Pull-on sleeve is an innovative achievement of our company. It has successfully obtained a national utility model patent, demonstrating our strong technical capabilities!
